Jim got the panel cut and sized for the barn door this morning...
Some sanding on the edges...
He had to rearrange some things in the shop to be able to even cut the panel, including moving the sawhorses and door pieces around...
A test fit inside - it looks great!
First coat of primer on this side...
He painted the inside edges of the door frame too...
Mom's new Keurig wouldn't turn on today. It's still under warranty so I called and talked to them; a replacement is on the way. But, of course, Jim wanted to investigate why it stopped working, so he took it apart and found a thermal connection that had tripped - he was able to reset it and it works! He can do it all!
Then it was time for more tile work - first some cleanup of the tiles and area he previously did...
This is the moment of truth when everything has to be perfectly straight at the very top - and all Jim's measurements were perfect! So the next section goes up...
Just the angle pieces to go - looks fabulous!
