Once he got home, he again spent a couple hours meticulously grooming the driveway again, mostly working on the steep part of the lower driveway. He got the snow down to gravel showing and shoveled more gravel on top. The sun was out for a good portion of the day which helped to melt some of the snow as well. It was perfect - so of course the gas company didn't show. And there is snow in the forecast for tomorrow. We'll just see how it goes!
In between all that, Jim continued working on getting the blind dovetails set up so that everything will fit together perfectly. He was finally pleased with the alignment of the jig for the side...
This is why he is doing the blind dovetail - it sets the side off just enough for the drawer slide and still allows for the drawer to be the full width of the cabinet. Trying it in the cabinet box in the shop...
