Jim went to the plumbing supply store this morning before heading to the property. They had a much better drain for the utility tub. Check it out...so exciting to have a sink with running water!
He also got the feeder tube from the Pex to the refrigerator for the ice maker - more excitement!
Jim continues to work electric too. He got the receptacle for the garbage disposal and heater all finished as well as a few other receptacles in the kitchen.
In the afternoon, we went back to work in the apartment. Jim started on some sanding in the bathroom....
While I got the laundry room walls swept of dust and the floor vacuumed.
Then it was time to start priming in the laundry room. Working on the trim first...
Then starting to roll...
Working on the slanted ceiling...
All finished!
Next Jim trimmed next to the door frame and then rolled the primer on this wall...
The doorframe is last...now all of the apartment is primed except for the bathroom! Amazing!
