I couldn't wait to see what the kitchen and hallway ceiling looked like today - it looks SO good! Because of all the painting and plastering Jim has been doing, the apartment is pretty humid so things are taking longer to dry. But we're thrilled with the way it turned out.
Jim worked on electric work for awhile this morning - he replaced these 3 way switches with the rocker design both here and at the other end of the hallway.
Now that the master bedroom sitting nook ceiling is done, Jim was able to hang our first ceiling light!
Then it was painting time...he got the entry way ceiling all primed.
Then he had to clean up from all the priming paint tools and switch over to his ceiling paint ones - and he painted the second bedroom ceiling!
Jim got so much done because this was a very short day. We are under a Winter Weather Advisory until the wee hours of Monday morning, calling for sleet and ice. So we decided to play it safe and go to church in town this afternoon.
