Jim got the section that he was doing some final soldering on all reassembled this morning.
Then he started his first pressure testing with air! He's able to isolate small sections since he put a lot of shut-off valves in the system. So far so good!
I was so anxious to see what the ceilings looked like this morning once they dried - they look fabulous! Although Jim is still evaluating one area that he might want to touch up (even though it looks perfect), all the rest passed the test so we were able to move on!
This morning, he lightly sanded all the edges of the walls around the ceilings that we textured yesterday. The next step is to put a coat of primer on so Jim starts edging in the laundry room...
Then rolling it on...
Starting in the master bedroom...
And the eating nook...
While Jim was painting, I swept down all the walls and ceilings in the bathroom and then cleaned up all the dust. This room will be ready for priming now too!
After I left, Jim finished his painting and cleaning up and then did a little more electric work. Then he headed to Lowe's to pick up our shower doors that came in and get more 3 pails of plaster for more ceiling work!
