Sunday's are short days without complicated brickwork - so definitely a one-batch day! 

 

Jim had lots of prep work - marking, brick ties and more brick cutting...

We started mortar right after lunch...

Another course on the front...

Finished this course and up another step...

Then Jim had to stop and put on more earthquake ties and regular brick ties before he could finish the rest of the next course.

Up another step - last one on the front side!
