One thing we wanted when we were pouring concrete on Friday was another ladder.  Julia and I went to the storage unit to see if our other one was there (it wasn't) and even stopped at the local hardware store to see if they rented them (they didn't).  So he started to morning off by making a trip to the barn to get the other ladder and to pick up our older but bigger shop vac to help with the vacuuming of the loose cement job.

Once he got back, we picked up where we left off yesterday - I finished taking off the tape and scraping all the cement off the rebar.  Jim worked awhile on vacuuming.  Once I got done scraping, I took over the vacuuming job - and still have more to do tomorrow.

But then it was time for more foam!  This first piece was pretty tough - there are so many webs inside as well as all of the vertical rebar that it was tough to get it started.

He really has to lift the pieces up high to get above all the rebar now.

But the second piece was easier and before long...

he was at the corner...

...and then all the way around the side wall!

It really feels high now when you are standing inside - and looks pretty high from these birds-eye views!
