It was back in the footers today to assess the damage and try to move on.  We went back to making forms and got the buttress wall area all leveled and then moved down and around the corner of the side wall.

 

Jim wanted to compact the side wall again so that required bringing the excavator down and getting the compactor in the footers again.

 

 

While the excavator was in the site, Jim wanted to open up the front area up a bit and it's much easier with the excavator than crumbing by hand.

At the end of the day, we felt good - we made steps forward again.  Tomorrow we'll hopefully finish getting the forms set.
