Things are really getting exciting/scary! Jim ordered a full truck of concrete to be delivered on Friday afternoon! Kyle is planning on coming up to help, which will be SO nice. If Jim and I did it, we were going to have to split the footers into 2 pours so that it would be more manageable. If Kyle is here, they can do the whole thing.
So...lots of work to do. Jim would love to be able to have power to the temporary pole by then so that's what he worked on today after doing some supply runs.
He put a post over near the well and then had to dig a trench from it over to the meter pedestal. He didn't put it real deep because it is just temporary - went down about a foot.
Then he had to connect wire to the meter and put it into conduit to protect it.
Then into the trench it went!
