 Jim worked on installing baseboard moulding this morning...

Putting on the top moulding...

Looking great - really finishes the area.  Jim has to get more pine and go back into the moulding making factory!

In the afternoon, Jim headed back up to the pavilion.  As I was taking this picture of the mortise he finished, he was moving scaffolding out of the way...

Now that all four of the main mortises are cut, he brought out one of the braces just to do a test fit...

He figured he would have to do some tweaking, but this one went in perfectly!

He had to take off this temporary bracing so he could continue working...

He had to reposition the Bobcat so he could work on cutting the mortises on the side of the posts...

Jim wanted to get some more grass cut, so he cleaned up and did that before doing his run.

You can see from these pictures that the wildfire smoke has cleared out of the area and we are back to our gorgeous blue skies!
