After Jim did his computer work this morning, he wanted to do some vent repair.  He noticed that the microwave/stove vent had become untaped, so he brought up the ladder to investigate...

He put on this cool collar that worked perfectly and fixed the issue quickly!

Doing some measurements and trying out tile pieces for the next section...

Jim got four of the brace tenons finished.  Then he unloaded the wood that he bought at Home Depot the other day so he can work on those...

Jim brought down another load of rocks to the wall and did some mowing at the end of the day...

We are dealing with the Canadian wildfire smoke again as it made its way from the midwest.  It's not too bad but it's very strange not to see the mountains clearly!

Time to get ready for church!
