Jim had another very frustrating morning trying to deal with Lowe's. It's sad, but anytime other people have to be involved, things get difficult. Especially now, it seems that no one wants to take responsibility or accountability. More on this story to come.
Jim did some work in the shop today - sanding pieces of the bathroom cabinet...
Then priming...
He was able to do both sides...
Jim needs to set up scaffolding in the back of the house so he can figure out bringing the air conditioning lines out the back of the house. So he worked on that today...
This is obviously a hill so Jim had to put blocking underneath to try and get it leveled. He still needs to get the levels out but it's pretty good now.
Jim took this opportunity to do trimming around the house...
Just as he got done trimming, he heard a truck pull into the driveway. Then he got a call from the driver - it was Lowe's with the wood order that was supposed to be on the delivery last week and that he has been trying to get resolved ever since. No phone call from the store but they delivered it from Albany. There are still a couple small issues to deal with but it's a huge relief that they delivered the wood we need and Jim won't have to continue tracking it down!
Jim and the driver chatted for a bit - after he left, Jim decided to just carry it up into the auto bay before doing his workout...
