Happy Groundhog's Day! Always a day dear to my heart since my parents are from that area and my dad was born on Groundhog's Day! It was a snowy day but Punxsutawney Phil still managed to see his shadow - so six more weeks of winter! We probably had 3-4" of snow when we got up but as I write this, we are having another band of snow. Jim had decided to wait until tomorrow to plow since we didn't have to go out.
Instead, he worked on assembling my drawer cabinet - getting everything squared and stapled together.
Putting the back onto the cabinet...
All assembled and putting the corner braces on...
A coat of primer on the spacer piece next to the dishwasher...
Then he transitioned to working on the lights in the metal shop - he got this first one wired and the reflector put on...
The last bit of conduit work was complicated - making a bend that would go from the box to the light. Jim is using his heat gun to bend a piece...
He got it bent and attached to both the box and the light!
Next he pulled wire through and got this light pigtailed...
