UPDATED WITH PICTURES!
Well...it's been one of those days! I'm writing the blog but will have to update with pictures tomorrow - for whatever reason, the site isn't uploading any of my pictures.
This morning, Jim trimmed the Formica on the three drawer bottoms. He put them back into the clamp stack just to make sure everything is completely bonded.
Then he finish sanded the new shelf for my dish cabinet.
And put the maple end on the other side of the paper towel drawer and has it drying in clamps as well.
He lightly sanded the drawer assemblies and then put the final coat of polyurethane on.
Late afternoon, he headed down to take the trash out - and couldn't get back up the driveway. This is the first time that we've had an issue - all due to the ice storm we had at the beginning of the week. He spent a long time and got pretty close to getting up, but it was futile in the end. He ended up leaving the 4Runner at the end of the driveway and then had to very carefully and slowly walk up the driveway. We have no place we have to go so we're fine until conditions improve a bit.
