Jim got the new bucket of plaster ready this morning...

Then he spent all morning plastering...

Plastering always requires lots of cleanup...

Since we really don't drive, there was not a big rush to put my other tires on my car.  But Jim got them out of the pole barn and cleaned them all off; he'll probably put them on tomorrow.

We woke up to some light rain and more rain was forecast for the afternoon.  Jim used the time to tie up some lose ends, like hang this picture in the bedroom...

Just like at the bottom of the stairwell, Jim wasn't happy with the way the switches worked in the house entryway - one turns on the hallway light and one turns on the stairwell - so he reversed them...

Part of our order we picked up at Lowe's last night were these beautiful oil-rubbed bronze sealed outside lights.  The original ones we used weren't sealed and wasps found their way inside the fixture.  Jim found the sealed ones but they were white - we were able to order the bronze trim rings (to make his wife happy, he said!).

And look how wonderful they look on the stairwell overhang...

All lit up in the middle of the day...

He continued with electric work out in the pole barn...
