We were so happy this morning - the turkeys came back!  At least a few of them!  I was reading early this morning when I heard the gobbles - I looked out the kitchen window and there they were.  We haven't seen even one turkey since the tree butcher started cutting down all the trees last year.

Jim continued work on the new side panel for the cabinet - glueing the rail...

He did millwork for attaching the maple pieces for the other shelves...

He had to make the maple pieces - then attaching and glueing them...

Shelves in the glueing phase...

Doing a little routing on the panels to insure a perfect fit...

He then sanded them and started putting a coat of primer on...

First side of all the panels primed...

Even though we are still hoping for cooler weather to prevail for awhile, spring will be here before you know it so Jim has to prepare for some projects that will be on the agenda.  Like putting the epoxy down on the floor in the auto bay.  He was doing some organizing at the end of the day in the auto bay, just starting to think through that project again.

Also...we will have a road trip coming up this week because Jim just bought a power concrete screed from an eBay store south of Philadelphia!  Jim said this will be the summer of concrete so he has to start getting his tools in place.  Very exciting!
