Jim worked on tile this morning.  He spent quite a long time scraping all the Thinset out of the joints.  Later, I washed the floor to make sure there was no Thinset on the tops of the tiles.

He said he had to take a couple breaks to give his arm a rest, so he used that time to stuff insulation into the tops of the cavities in the workshop.  Not sure how that's resting, but I guess for Jim it is!

He then cut most of the tiles for the laundry room!

Back to drywall, Jim first cut out the living room doorway - he didn't want us to accidentally bump into it and cause an issue.

He got the rest of the screws put in the complicated bathroom piece of drywall.

And then cut out the area for the medicine cabinet.

Glad that piece is done!

In order to work on the next piece, Jim had to turn off the power to the bathroom and then take apart the light switches.

Then Jim had to insulate this wall before we could put the drywall up.  It's kind of a pain to make that transition in the middle of drywall - Jim had to bring up his cutting boards and tools.

Putting up the next piece...

Back to drywall, we got the next piece cut and marked and Jim is bringing it into the bathroom.

First, he cut out a little hole for the receptacle...

All fastened in place and cutting out the rest of the receptacle box.  It was a bit dark to do all this work with no lights in the room!

Jim cut the doorway out - this is our first wall section that has drywall on both sides!  All that work inside is now hidden.

Putting all the outlets, light switches and light box back into place.

Let there be light again!

After all that, time for an easier piece, even though getting this full sheet in isn't easy.

Fastening...

Last piece on this wall!

Bathroom is really looking great!
