3.18.2016 - Stairwell Roof Underlayment Done!

Today was working on the underlayment on the side roof.  Jim switched to the titanium after the first row of membrane.

Drumroll...it's all done!!  The entire roof structure of the carriage house is sheathed and the underlayment is complete!  We have waited for this moment for a long time - we are now pretty safe from the elements. Just in time since they are forecasting a first day of spring snowstorm!

After the roof work was done, Jim needed a break and did a little bit of grading. Then he decided to do some work on the outside double door frame. He got the flashing installed over the sill and then attached and caulked the special corner flashing he made.

The first door jamb is in!
