 At the very end of the day, Jim spent a little time with the metal detector, walking down the stone wall that goes from the top of the property down through the woods and out by the driveway.  He was showing me his findings - a couple of old steel straps and an old animal trap...

Jim has been wanting to do some insulation/soundproofing in the shop bathroom ceiling, so he did some beginning work on that project...

There was some rain in the forecast but it kept moving back (and never did rain as I write this), so Jim headed outside to do some work on the pavilion.  Rather than move scaffolding to work on the front posts, he brought the Bobcat up and worked out of the bucket.  Cutting the middle post to the right height...

All three are cut to size - and one corner post has the tenon cut and he's working on the middle one...
