Then he stained them. He left the spacer frame for our master bedroom double hung window unstained because that window isn't stained yet; he'll just wait and stain it all at once.
He lightly sanded the bathroom window spacer frame and jamb extension after the first coat of polyurethane and then applied the last coat...
Because of all the planing and woodworking Jim has been doing, he has three of these huge bags of sawdust. He advertised them on Craigslist for free and has two people who are very interested. One of them wants it for their chickens! But the first person who called wanting it is planning on stopping by early tomorrow morning to pick it up. Both of these people want it on a consistent basis which is wonderful - getting rid of all this sawdust is always an issue. These bags are extremely heavy - Jim took them downstairs and loaded them in his car - he'll meet the fellow at the bottom of the driveway in the morning.
Jim also has a tool delivery on the agenda for tomorrow, so he had to do some prep for that as well. He cleaned up some of the snow and unburied the Bobcat forks. He also used the snowblower and cleaned the upper driveway - it hadn't been plowed since we got all this snow. The snowblower is still working well now and it really does a nice job.
