Jim has really figured out a system to make all this work. You can see he has another layer of geo fabric on top of the gravel and is now filling it up with dirt.
All this gravel work required another truckload of gravel to be ordered and delivered.
After building up more dirt, Jim was able to get the Bobcat around to the side of the building. We put up more dimple board and then started filling it up with gravel. Unfortunately, Jim still had to do lots of hand shoveling.
And shoveling gravel into buckets and then dumping it. It's a lot of brute force work, but everything is controlled this way. Plus, the fact that Jim figured out a way to get the Bobcat closer is much better than we had been anticipating.
Once gravel got up to a good level, it was time for more dirt. You can see how much has been built up - the Bobcat is pretty close to the top of the structure!
