Jim had his yearly physical this morning so we headed out near Glens Falls - what a beautiful drive. Nothing like driving with the Hudson River on one side and the ski resort on the other side of the road in fall when the leaves are so pretty. But the best news is that Jim got a glowing health report from the doctor - definitely makes my heart happy!
Once home and changed into work clothes, Jim spent the rest of the morning doing detailed touch up on certain areas of the back wall in the metal shop.
In the afternoon, he continued work in the stairwell on the framing at the top of the insulated concrete form wall...
Working his way around...
Then drywall was next on this back wall - complete with J channel on the top and bottom...
We didn't head outside until after 4:00. By that time, the sun was getting lower in the sky and it was pretty windy and chilly, so he gathered a bucketful of rocks...
Then left the bucket at the beginning of the wall - we'll work on that hopefully tomorrow.
Jim still had to get trash down and then he headed into town to get his cans filled with diesel fuel.
