It was a mostly light rain day today so Jim spent the day mostly doing plaster work.  Worked on the joints and J-channel areas in the stairwell...

Then he did all the screws in the stairwell...

He did take a break this afternoon and finished the caulking between the floor and the baseboards in the metal shop.  He wanted it to dry well - the next step will be painting!

Then it was back to plaster work...

Working on the edge of the ceiling area underneath the top landing - this is very heavy gauge steel because it's supporting the landing, so Jim was having issues trying to attach the edging.
