Jim headed down into the metal shop this morning to get ready for painting.  But he quickly noticed that after our rains yesterday, we had millions of microscopic little bugs right at the bottom of the seal of the garage doors and extending into the garage a bit.  They were so creepy - when you looked close, you could see them jumping but they were so tiny and everywhere in front of the bays!

On the other side...  A quick check with Google and they appear to be springtails - certainly never heard of those before!  It said that they come after a dry spell and then moisture, which pretty much describes our environment yesterday.  But it says they are "good" pests - they don't cause any issues and are good for your soil.  However, they don't belong inside, so Jim sprayed and swept them all outside!

Once pest control was over, Jim started taping the floor...

Then started working on the trim...

Trim work is all done...

Starting to use the roller...

Continuing down the back wall...

All done - looks fabulous!

Always a lot of clean up with every job!

Time for church...
