The next big challenge area was the second bedroom closet. Because of insulation factors, Jim needed to bring the knee wall out further. Once he figured out the placement, he put down the glue...
Then the lower wall plate and the track.
Next it was studs. The end studs were extra custom because of where they need to be for the next phase as well as their relation to the rafters. Then Jim put the top track on, which had to be cut out to fit around the end studs.
Jim even got a few receptacle boxes mounted in the kitchen - all very exciting stuff happening! I had planned on going to the property for a bit this afternoon, but Jim came home for lunch and to get some diesel fuel and said the roads were extremely icy on the way back. Going to get worse - we're under an ice storm warning tonight!
