He had picked up another piece of track yesterday when he was at the Drywall Center so he put that up on the kitchen wall and then mounted the wood frame piece.
Corners present so many issues - in order to be able to get the grommet in, he had to use his jig and drill a bigger hole.
Once he did that, I put grommets in the kitchen/hallway wall and into the laundry room.
Then we had to do some measuring. Jim wanted to measure how much wire he would need to go from the breaker box through the conduit and up to the receptacle for the stove. This is very heavy duty wire (read very expensive wire) so there's no room for error. Once we measured that, we did the same for the wire to come up and go into the laundry room for the receptacle for the washer.
After I left, Jim continued to do more finishing work in the kitchen (how good does that sound?). He worked on getting straight and angle pieces in corners for drywall placement.
