Last night, our utility power came back on for about 5 minutes but then went off again. Our happy dance celebration turned out to be a bit premature - it never came back on. But about 1:30 this afternoon, it came back on and stayed on this time! So it was a bit over 48 hours that the generator had to run during this storm event to keep us safe and warm. It ran so long that the exhaust melted all the snow around the generator. The hero of the weekend (well, after Jim for getting it installed just in time!)
