Today is also Random Acts of Kindness Day - be sure to do something kind for someone!
Jim is always doing kind things for me - like making me beautiful kitchen cabinets! Today, he lightly sanded the drawer fronts and then starting painting the backs gray...
All done and drying...
Cutting the Formica for the drawer bottoms...
He taped off all the dovetail joints on the drawers...
Then put the first coat of polyurethane on them...
In between all this work, Jim headed to Bobcat after lunch. He was able to talk in person to the service manager and confirm the parts that were needed to convert the snow blower to high flow. Jim ordered them so they will be on their way soon.
Jim's order of drawer glides and cabinet knobs came in today. We spent quite awhile deciding on cabinet knobs - it's amazing how many there are out there! Jim had some left over from what we used in Ohio and had put them on temporarily. But I really like the new one - the one on the right.
