Today was one of the first rainy days that we can remember. So we took advantage of that and made a road trip down to Albany. One of the things that Jim has been tracking down has been dimple board. After we get the waterproofing membrane on the Nudura, we will fasten this dimple board to the membrane before we backfill. It helps to protect the membrane so that rocks don't puncture it and cause issues. These rolls are really enormous - we got 4 rolls or 1200 square feet.
Jim was a little nervous about taking the truck for a longer ride when he just fixed the brake lines. But it did great!
Even though there is always so much paperwork and issues to catch up on, it was hard for Jim to be here this afternoon and not be working on the property! Tomorrow's weather looks to be nice.
