Jim headed out this morning to get the chipper ready for its potential buyer. He went and picked up the bucket for the Bobcat, brought the chipper out of the pole barn, and got it hooked up to the Bobcat. Unfortunately, he had to charge the battery but then it started right up.
He took it up to the top of the hill where he had cut down a few small trees for the guy to use. The chipper worked great...
Cleaning it up after its test...
The guy came right at noon and spent awhile going over the chipper, then they took it back up for him to try it out. He bought it! Jim helped direct him so that he could get it hooked up to his car...
We're thrilled - Jim had gotten a great deal on this chipper years ago when we were still in Ohio, and actually drove down to North Carolina to pick it up. So he ended up making money on the transaction. Now it's time to really investigate options for a chipper attachment for the Bobcat.
It's time to get the MINI out! Taking off the trickle charger...
Then jacking up one side...
And removing the car dollies...
All wheels down on the ground!
I still think it's amazing that we can get all four vehicles in the auto bay!
