It's Fat Tuesday and the first day of March - that calls for a Mardi Gras inspired baby king cake! Hard to believe that Lent starts tomorrow - wish we could slow down time a bit. And we're not ready for winter to be over!
Jim was busy in the shop today, working on using the drum sander to thin his border pieces for the desk top...
Using the router to make the tongue part of the millwork to enable him to attach the border...
He got the groove cut into the side border piece and it's in the gluing process...
Doing a little more fitting on the shower moulding...
At the end of the day, Jim headed outside to do snow removal on the driveway. The forecast had said we might get a bit more today (and maybe some tomorrow) but we didn't get more than a few flurries.
