Always a lot of tool maintenance going on around here!
Starting the millwork on the desk top - the top tenon cut is done...
Doing the bottom cut. You can see that the boarder pieces are thicker - so Jim had to make the cuts differently - he made a rail for the top to ride on for the first cut with the table saw. Then he used his router to cut it out - but he still had to do some handwork on the transition.

Millwork done on both of the long borders...
It was such a tight fit - Jim had to get the hammer out to ensure it glued together correctly...
He also got more maple glued together for the medicine cabinet...
