Mom and I headed into town to get haircuts, go to the post office and pick up a few things at the store. We got home just as the snow was flying (more on that later!).

Jim decided to put another spar in the back panel so he cut that and did all the millwork, plus another section of wood being glued to make panel inserts...
He got the moulding all cut and fit into this last section in the bathroom - he just has to fasten it in place. I love how these little areas look with all the moulding.
Jim also spent time working on his moulder - Kyle wants to come up and use it for a project so he bought a certain bit and had it shipped here; Jim is putting things together to make it work.
Then it was time to do painting on the last cabinet pieces...

The forecast was for a coating to an inch of snow but it snowed steadily since noon. We were glad we were out before it all came. It's gorgeous though with a fresh topcoat of snow over everything! The forecast is still for 6"-10" on Saturday as well!
