Glued stock from yesterday awaiting Jim to use for room door parts!
Jim was back to working on the cabinet doors - doing some sanding...
Glueing doors together...
Glued doors drying...
Jim used the Shopsmith to drill holes for the hardware in the pantry cabinet doors...
Then a coat of gray paint...
Jim finished wiring up the receptacle on the ceiling...
Then made the wire that will drop down and plug into the wall receptacle...
You can see the wire against the wall...
Now his machines can plug directly into the ceiling and there are no more cords draped across the floor!
Mid-afternoon, we decided to go outside and work in the yard for the first time this year. This is the time to cut down all the undergrowth before everything starts growing. Some of the bigger trees will require Jim to get the chainsaw out but he wants to go over it first, so those are saved for another day.
We gathered two big piles of cuttings - we'll get the chipper out at some point and chip all this up. A good first start!
The house looked so good from our working point...
Off to Palm Sunday services in the living room. Stay safe everyone!
