Jim did woodworking this morning, starting on glueing up pieces for the next room door.  These are made for 2" thick white pine that Jim gets at the lumberyard and then planes to the right thickness.

More pieces glueing...

Starting to size some pieces as well...

Jim covered up the pantry cabinet just to keep it safe for now.  This cabinet is really heavy so we aren't sure that we can get it upstairs with just me helping Jim.  So for now, it's under wraps.

In the afternoon, Jim switched his attention to some shop work he has been wanting to do.  Right now, he has his table saw and planer plugged into a wall outlet which means that he has cords going across the floor - not the safest.  The plan was always to put an outlet on the ceiling above it so that he can plug in there.  Today he started that work - putting up the box...

This steel wood storage rack sure comes in handy - Jim is ables to stand on it and work without any issues!  Here he's putting in the box on the other side...

Starting to run wire...

And attaching it with clips to the ceiling...

 Continuing along...

This will be a 240V outlet - Jim has the wires into the box and is marking them...

A good place to stop and switch gears to painting at the end of the work day, doing the other side of the panels...

Cleaning the other panels off before painting...

Last ones...
