We had no rain today - so nice to see blue sky after such a weird, long stretch of rainy days.
It was definitely a work outside on the shed day, even though Saturday's are short days. Jim got all the tools ready and took the top level of scaffolding off so he could work on the overhang frame...
Then we carried the frame up...
Sliding it up on top of the platform...

Putting up the first piece of track. Jim didn't want to buy another piece so he's using some pieces he had...
Next piece up...
He put up these small pieces of steel that we could use as blocks to hold up the frame while Jim got it attached...
It's up and first two rafters are attached to the tracks! It's going to look so good.
This soil is just so amazing - after probably 8-9 days straight of rain, even the areas where it's just dirt have no puddles or even soft spots.
The day went by quickly and soon it was time to clean up, go visit Mom and go to church.
