Jim got all the tools and equipment back out at the shed today.  Starting to cut the sheathing for the top peak...

Putting it up on the scaffolding ready to go up...

Jim cut the sides a bit bigger so that he could cut off the excess and not worry about making sure all the angles were perfect.  Putting it up...

Marking...

Nailing it into place...

Cutting off the excess...

Cutting off the excess on the other side...

Putting up the little corner pice...

Doing the same on the other side...

Cutting the excess...

In the shop, Jim cut two of these pieces to fill in the area up to the fascia board on the side...

Carrying up the rake board...

These pieces fit perfect first time, even with the weird angles...

Screwing the board into place.  Jim is always performing acrobatic moves to get in the right positions!

Bringing up the rake board...

Another perfect fit - no tweaking necessary!

Attaching it while doing more acrobatics!  Don't try this at home, kids!

Putting up the rake board on the other side to make a perfect peak!

Fastening...

Jim still has to put some screws into the steel frame on the bottom of the sheathing, but the front is basically done with sheathing!

Which means it's time for the back.  Setting up scaffolding...

Jim cut the cleats to connect the lower and upper sheathing...

Putting the cleats on...

All done but the first and last ones.  Those had to be custom, so Jim cut those and went back and attached them.
