I had to leave early this morning for a doctor appointment and then ran errands.  Jim started his day off with a trip into town for a haircut.  Once home, he continued working on extending the power cable for his jointer...

It was quite a bit of work but he got it all finished so he can plug in the jointer now in its new location!

Once I got home with the rubber coupler he needed, he was able to finish the jointer connection to the vacuum system...

Bringing in all the wood from our trip yesterday...

Tomorrow's trash day so Jim took the Bobcat up the hill to our supply stash and got more old wood to throw away.  He took the chainsaw down to our trash cans and got everything cut up and ready for pick up.  While he had the Bobcat out, he did some cleaning up of the grading area we've been working on.

The forecast kept calling for rain - Jim figured if he started cutting grass it would rain but it didn't!  The grass had gotten long so he was able to get lots of areas cut.

Speaking of grass, the first area on the triangle that we seeded shows signs of new grass as well as this more shaded area next to the pole barn!  

After getting everything put away, Jim used the rest of his time to do some plastering in the metal shop...
