While it may not have appeared so just by looking, the door hinge was bent enough on the mailbox that Jim had to spend quite a bit of time to get it straight, so that the door would open well. Once he got it adjusted, he tack welded it onto the mailbox...
In the afternoon, Jim started measuring the overhang to figure out shingle placement...

For the angle ones, Jim would mark lines where it needed cut and I would use the shear to cut...
Main front area done! There will be a top row, but Jim has to put flashing on first.
