Another beautiful day - we headed out after lunch to put the roof structure on the cage for the air conditioner. Jim's fastening the wood to the frame...
Then putting some titanium underlayment on to protect it until we get the steel roofing...
Trimming all the edges...

Then Jim switched gears to doing some barn door detail. He needed to figure out some blocking to attach flashing at the top since the rail went up a bit higher...
Of course he had to remove more siding to get at the framing...
Rebuilding the corner area...
Putting siding back up...
You can see all the new blocking structure around the opening. We're still going to leave this area open until the birds leave.
Jim switched gears again and did some grass cutting to finish off the day.
