Always something to fix with a house - the urinal flush valve wouldn't turn off so Jim took it apart. He couldn't see anything obviously wrong so he put it back together and it's working correctly now. He'll keep an eye on it.
The tube bender that he ordered came in so he'll be working on cleaning up lines a bit more to his liking soon - still some more tools and parts on the way.
Straightening out lines...
