Jim cleaned the excess glue off the front of the Corian... 


The top was just a little bit too wide for his miter saw, so he was once again able to use his new saw to cut it.  Cutting Corian is so messy, with tiny pieces of plastic full of static flying everywhere.  So he rigged up a shield from his other saw and attached his shop vac hose to it to hopefully contain some of the mess.


Trimming the top to size...


Jim but angles on the corners so nothing is sharp.  He just needs to cut the front design in with the router.  It's going to look amazing!


He cleaned up all the excess glue from the first gluing stage on the door, and then put a coat of paint on the top panels...
