Jim got the two top door panels cut, sized and rough sanded...
Using the drum sander to more accurately sand to the right thickness. He changes the sandpaper grit to be progressively finer as he gets close to the right size...
Trying the panel in the frame to see how well it fits...
Using the palm sander to roll over the edges a bit...
Next, a coat of primer...
A coat of paint on the other side of the lower panels...
Jim cut the Corian to size today; he'll be starting to glue up edges next...
