While doing baseboards around the toilet is never fun, at least things are out in the open.  The next space for baseboard installation is the living room.  Jim first moved his desk, bookshelf and printer away from the wall... 

Using the stud finder...

After all his marking, putting up the first piece of backing board...

Going down the wall...

Putting up the first baseboard pieces...

Then putting on the cap molding...

Installation done!  Makes the wall look so pretty.

Jim always does a perfect corner job.  Caulking and painting will be next on the schedule for tomorrow.
