Sure was a lot of hoopla about this storm - maybe because we really haven't had much snow this season. it was a beautiful snow and we ended up with probably 8". Jim is waiting until the morning to plow the driveway, because Mom has a doctor appointment in the afternoon and he wants to make sure we are all good.
We did our annual Epiphany home blessing today, marking the door entrance with a prayer. It's always a good close out to the Christmas season. Speaking of which, Jim brought up all the Christmas tubs and Mom and I got things packed away. We put up some snowmen so the house didn't look so empty with all the decorations gone.
