This was one of those days for Jim. He wasn't happy with the paint job on the bathroom shelf cabinet so he took the gun apart again and was investigating. He determined that he is going to order a new part but meanwhile, he brought the shelf upstairs so that we could use it and it could be out of the way in the shop. Mom is horrified that he's going to repaint it because she said it looks perfect!
I'm so happy that it's upstairs - we played on organizing all of the things on the back shelf. It will all probably change a dozen times but it sure looks great!
Jim left before lunch to meet a fellow for a craigslist sale - it turned into a little longer adventure, because Jim ended up having to take the man back to his car but all's well. Always nice to get a little money for something that we can't use and someone else can.
But that wasn't the only adventure - the warmer temps we had at the end of last week combined with the single digit temps this morning caused the driveway to be very icy. Jim wasn't sure he would be able to get back up but thankfully he did.
Once he got home and ate lunch, it was back in the shop, working on millwork on the cabinet pieces...
This is going to be a lot of shelf room - very exciting!
