Jim started the day off by heading to the lab for bloodwork. Once he came home and ate breakfast, we switched off and I left to do some grocery errands.
It's hard to find time right now when Jim is completely comfortable with working on the Bobcat cylinder project, but looking at the forecast and the fact that we don't have any appointments in the next week, he decided to take the plunge and at least start investigating. So he rearranged vehicles and brought the Bobcat into the auto bay...
The smaller hook tool should work great for the upper pin. Trying it out...
There is a grease zerk where the bottom pin is, but it's threaded and Jim found a screw that fits it, so he's confident he can get that out.
He's using the car lift to hold things in the right position...
Top pin out and bottom pin about halfway out...
We are going to go to The Local to celebrate our anniversary tonight. The weather is a bit blustery, but no real snow.
