Jim got a little bit of an early start for a Sunday because the weather forecast was for rain in the afternoon.  He spent his day clearing the topsoil off of the area of the carriage house in anticipation of digging the foundation!

By late afternoon, the rain set in.  He had to get all the equipment tucked away in the rain so he came home kind of soggy.
