The forecast was for rain today, so we used it to get some more cleaning and organizing done. Jim moved the treadmill over to an empty bay and we got it all cleaned up. We've never been completely happy with this treadmill because, no matter what they say, it really requires you to buy a subscription for internet training to work to its best advantage. We aren't interested in that. Jim's going to see if he can sell it on Craigslist, so we got it all spiffy.
Moving out the last of our stored belongings from the auto bay - these are my sewing tables...
We did it - this space is officially empty! Jim wants to clean the floors really well, so that will be our next task down here. But he can now use this space for the auto bay, as intended.
Unfortunately, two of the trees we transplanted last year didn't survive. We pulled them out of the upper rock wall and they just didn't have enough root structure to survive. We'll plant other ones here in the fall, but Jim cut them down and got them dragged out to be chipped later. He just managed to get in when the rains came, although they didn't last too long.
