Jim was back out at the shed this afternoon. First task was to put up the J-channel along the upper edge...
Fastening in place...
Next was doing the measurements and cutting of the top left piece of siding...
Bringing it up to try it out...
Figuring out next piece...
Sometimes Jim has to use a combination of the power shears and the regular ones...
This piece is crazy with all its cuts and angles...
Putting it up for a test fit...
Doing the pre-drilling...
Before he could fasten it, he had to make the J-channel for the angle of the overhang...
Everything fit perfectly!
So now it's time for all the fasteners...
A wonderful day's work - the siding is getting really close to being done!
